    Employee Competence and Culture Set to Customer Satisfaction with Service Quality as Intervening Variable of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Medan

    This study aims to investigate the role of service quality intervention on the relationship between employee competence, culture set and customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of employee competence and culture set on customer satisfaction through the quality of service as an intervention in the office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan. This research type is quantitative with clear method. The study population is all those who have received services at the office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Medan. While the sampling method used in this research is random sampling, known as sampling incidental to get the sample and the number of samples accounted for 100 customers. To test the hypothesis, this research uses path analysis technique, a quantitative approach, with two stage linear regression analysis with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0. The results of the analysis found that 1) employee competence is positively and significantly affects the quality of service. 2) culture set positively affects the quality of service 3) quality of service positively affects the customer satisfaction 4) employee competence positively and significantly influences the customer satisfaction 5) culture set positively affects customer satisfaction 6) competence acts indirectly as intervening variable to customer satisfaction, 7) service quality acts as intervening variable to customer satisfaction.     PENGARUH KESEJAHTERAAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BERDIKARI KARUNIA ABADI

    PT. Berdikari Karunia Abadi is a consulting and contractor service company that implements welfare programs to increase employee motivation in running its business. The welfare program includes the economy, facilities, and services. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using multiple linear regression analysis which is processed with the help of the SPSS application program. Population 376 employees; sampling by Quota Sampling, the number of samples is 79 respondents. The conclusions of this study: (1) there is a positive but not significant effect of the welfare program which is facility on employees' work motivation as indicated by the value of 2 0.046, t value 0.041, and sig. 0.653. (2) there is a positive but not significant effect of economic welfare programs on employee work motivation as indicated by the value of 1 0.083, t value 0.082 and sig. 0.443. (3) there is a positive influence of economic welfare programs, facility welfare programs, and service welfare programs together on employee work motivation as indicated by the F value of 10,231, the value of sig. 0.000 and the value of R2 is 0.296. This means that 29.6% of employee morale is influenced by economic welfare programs, facilities welfare programs, and service welfare programs, while 71.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. (4) there is a positive influence of service-based welfare programs on employee work motivation as indicated by the value of 3 0.480, t value 0.450 and sig. 0.000

    Moderating Effect of Supply Chain Dynamic Capabilities on the Relationship of Sustainable Supply Chain Management Practices and Organizational Sustainable Performance: A Study on the Restaurant Industry in Indonesia

    The sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) is a fairly new topic that has become a superior attention for the researchers recently. The current study is investigated empirically moderating effect of Supply chain dynamic capabilities (SCDC) on the relationship of SSCM practices and organizational sustainable performance (OSP) indicators namely; “economic performance, environmental performance, social performance” in the restaurant industry of Indonesia. For this purpose, data was collected from the 210 supply chain managers by using the simple random sampling technique which yield a 78% response rate. For data analysis Smart PLS 3 software and PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was employed. The SEM analysis has shown, SSCM practices has a significant association with the OSP indicators. Moreover, the findings of the current study also shown that SCDC is significantly moderates on the relationship of SSCM practices and OSP in the restaurant industry of Indonesia. This shows that SCDC is considered to be an important contribution of the study. The current research also contributes a body of knowledge in the way of theoretical and practical implications. The study limitations and future directions are also discussed at last of the study

    Analisis Perubahan Tutupan Lahan pada Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Pami di Kabupaten Manokwari

    Penutupan lahan merupakan faktor penting, terutama tutupan lahan di sekitar Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS). Monitoring terhadap pola Perubahan penggunaan lahan di sekitar DAS penting untuk dilakukan sehingga dapat dipahami Perubahan dan dampak yang terjadi. Perubahan penutupan lahan yang terjadi di Kabupaten Manokwari adalah dampak dari adanya proses pembangunan infrastruktur dalam memenuhi kebutuhan manusia akan pemanfaatan lahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sekitar DAS Pami Kabupaten Manokwari, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola Perubahan penutupan lahan dengan periodik waktu tahun 2009 hingga tahun 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik interpretasi peta melalui data citra lahan yang terekam dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan Perubahan penggunaan lahan pada kawasan terbangun di DAS PAMI selama tahun 2009-2018 yang disebabkan oleh pertambahan jumlah penduduk sehingga terjadi alih fungsi lahan. Selain itu, kondisi hidrologi menunjukkan bahwa debit aliran di DAS Pami dipengaruhi oleh perilaku hujan yang mempengaruhi kondisi kadar air tanah, tutupan lahan, dan aliran permukaan. Adapun peningkatan besaran air larian (koefisien C) dan debit limpasan (Q) pada DAS Pami seiring dengan terjadinya Perubahan tata guna lahan. Tentunya pola penggunaan lahan berpengaruh terhadap perhitungan aliran permukaan yang disebabkan oleh curah hujan

    Challenges in Implementing the WHO Hospital Readiness Checklist for the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesian Hospitals: A Qualitative Study

    Purpose: To assist hospitals in preparing for a surge of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) published an assessment tool called the rapid hospital readiness checklist. This checklist has been used by numerous countries, including Indonesia. However, several technical issues were discovered, primarily as a result of the manual recording of the checklist on a spreadsheet. This study aimed to identify challenges related to the hospital readiness checklist that was implemented in Indonesia. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study used focus group discussions to collect data. The study was conducted in East Java, Indonesia, in October 2021, with the participation of nine organizations from the provinces of East Java and Bali. Data were thematically analyzed, and the findings were presented in a narrative format. Results: Hospital participants had experience in filling out a hospital readiness checklist every 3 months. Some challenges faced by the hospital was the need to manually enter data into the checklist, lack of coordination and communication, there were various perceptions in hospitals as there was no technical guide in completing the checklist, absence of feedback, and the data returning empty due to filling errors. Additionally, City X health office also identified challenges in monitoring and evaluating the hospital checklists. Conclusion: This study, which included both hospitals and the health office, described the challenges encountered in the assessment of the hospital readiness checklist. Both hospitals and DHO experienced some challenges with the current system. The checklist has the potential to evolve into a public reporting to improve efficiency and faster decision-making

    The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Stock Investment in the Indonesian Capital Market

    The COVID-19 pandemic has hit various sectors, including the stock market where many people are hesitant to invest in stocks. Many industries have been affected by Covid-19, where since March 2020 the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has decreased because many investors sold their shares, but since the third week of May 2020 to early June 2020 has shown an increase indicating stock trading has begun to show improvement. This study aims to analyze which sector stocks are still able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, by using stock trading volume data, Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), weekly and monthly market capitalization values with a sample of 20 stocks - the highest stocks. based on sales volume and transaction value on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period March 2020 to June 2020 obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) weekly report and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Monthly Report. The results show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, investors can still get benefits in investing in stocks if every decision made by these investors is supported by careful calculations
